Welcome to Visuo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Visuo website, browser extension, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Visuo offers both free and paid subscription options. Features available in each subscription tier are described on our pricing page.

By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay Visuo the applicable subscription fees as they become due. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

3.3 Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes or cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Visuo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Visuo.

4.2 User Content

When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Service, you grant Visuo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you provide.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VISUO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be primarily resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
